Yarmouth residents form action group

The Isle of Wight Council's consultation into primary school provision in the West Wight currently proposes to move Yarmouth CofE School to Freshwater.

At a packed Town Council meeting chaired by mayor Steve Cowley, Helen Hayles Jones was elected to head up a campaign to persuade the Council to revert to its original plan to move All Saints pupils to St Saviours.
