Behind the scenes
Did you know that if you eat in a restaurant you have a legal right to ask to see the kitchen? We have re-painted our kitchen but not for you! The vibrant lime green wall was requested by our kitchen staff; happy cooks mean more delicious food!
It isn’t just cosmetic. As the ‘engine room’ of the restaurant, the kitchen has been given a full service: steam clean, new paintwork, new hot water heater, a more modern stove (from our friends at Origin Sushi in Road Town) and new gas hoses and fittings.
So you are most welcome to pay Sylvia and her crew a visit in the kitchen next time you come and eat. They do love a chat and will gladly show you some of their culinary tricks (well maybe a few)..
